Correct wear, use and storage of chemical protective clothing can ensure that fire protective clothing plays its due role, prolong service life and better protect the safety of firefighters. Inspection before wearing

1. Check whether emergency protective products are complete, including chemical protective clothing, acid and alkali resistant gloves, safety boots, tape, comprehensive cover, etc.

Check whether the chemical protective clothing, acid and alkali resistant gloves and safety boots are damaged or not. If there are any defects, they should be replaced immediately.

Matters needing attention

1 Chemical protective clothing shall not be in direct contact with flame and melt.

Before use, clothing must be carefully checked for damage. If there is damage, use is strictly prohibited.

When using, we must pay attention to the close cooperation between the head mask and the mask. The big white buttons of the neck buckle and chest must be fastened to ensure the air tightness of the neck and chest. The belt must be tightened to reduce the "bellows effect" during exercise.

4 After each use, wash with soap water or 0.5-1% sodium carbonate solution according to dirty conditions, then rinse with clean water, place in a cool and ventilated place, and pack after drying.

When folding, open the hood up and spread it on the ground. Fold back the hood, neck buckle and two sleeves, then fold the garment vertically and overlap left and right. The toes of the two boots are facing the outside side. Place the gloves in the middle. The soles of the boots are rolled up relative to each other. Place them horizontally in the packaging bag of chemical protective clothing.

No heat or sunshine is allowed during the preservation of chemical protective clothing. No contact with active chemicals and various oils is allowed.
